🔝Citi raised its $BTC target to 113k from 82k and its $ETH target to 3028 from 2240. Sounds bullish but spot ETF outflows showed up around the CPI release so the signals are mixed.🤑 The Fed meets in late October and that is the next big test. I am keeping some dry powder in $USDT until then.#DailyOrbit
