ETF flow data suggests the near-term question is less about whether institutions want BTC and more about how quickly that demand is deployed. Roughly $731M of Oct 7-8 outflows dwarfed Oct 9's $21M inflow. With yields, energy and Sep CPI still in view, a rebound may need steadier flows rather than narrative support.
