Does the stable won have to be issued on the Kimchi chain?

- I think it would be better to issue it on the Solana chain.
- If we install the iOS mobile app, foreigners should be able to purchase stable won using Apple Pay.
- Then, foreigners will have higher usability.
- Higher usability is essential for longevity.
- If it's issued on the Kimchi chain, the risk of scams will only increase, and distrust will grow.
(Of course, there are many good Kimchi coins~)
I want to abandon national pride and issue a won stablecoin on the Solana chain instead of the Kimchi chain.
