Tested personally, using the following method, you can easily complete the receipt and sale of $H in just a few minutes. It's quite useful.

Humanity can't really do cross-chain according to official instructions; staking for 90 days just turns into air. Now you can quickly cash out in 5 minutes. The method is as follows:
1. First, use 15u to swap from Base/bnb/sol to Humanity's $H. I used Sol, and the exchange was about 270 units because the subsequent claims require 250 $H. It's really frustrating. (Image 1)
2. After the cross-chain, you already have Gas in Humanity. Go to the acquisition page and just scroll down normally to successfully claim your $H. (Image 2)
3. For the last step, do the same again.
