Yes, if you're looping wstETH, then borrowing ETH, then rebuying wstETH, etc. at a low collateral factor, I can see that as a major risk with a rapid say 5-10% short-term depeg.
If borrowing stablecoins against wstETH at say 50% of TVL, I don't see much risk. I can't imagine a massive prolonged depeg of wstETH against ETH (minus the extremely low risk of contract exploit, etc.). Unless I am missing something? Thoughts welcome.
