德国从 Bybit 黑客事件关联的 eXch 交易所没收 3800 万美元加密货币
ChainCatcher 消息，德国联邦刑事警察局（BKA）和法兰克福主要检察官办公室于 5 月 9 日宣布，从与 Bybit 黑客攻击相关的加密货币平台 eXch，查获了价值 3400 万欧元（约 3800 万美元）的加密货币。此次行动涉及比特币、以太币、莱特币和 Dash 等多种加密资产，成为 BKA 历史上第三大加密货币没收事件。
据悉，eXch 被指自 2014 年运营以来，在未实施反洗钱措施的情况下，促成约 19 亿美元加密货币转账，部分资金涉嫌 “犯罪来源”，其中就包括 2025 年 2 月 21 日 Bybit 遭 14 亿美元黑客攻击中的被盗资产。当局同时没收 eXch 在德国的服务器基础设施，其中包含超 8TB 数据，并关闭了该平台 。
