To comply with regulations, OKX verifies your identity. Doing so helps to secure your account and allow you to access OKX SG's services. This process typically takes a few minutes to submit for review, and it'll take up to 24 hours for it to complete.

Step 3: Knowledge Test

To comply with Singapore regulations, OKX must assess each user's awareness of the risks associated with DPT services to ensure that users understand such risks before they can use our services. You will be prompted to complete a knowledge test on crypto-related risks after you have completed your identity verification.

Step 4: Fund your account

OKX SG offers multiple ways to deposit SGD or USD into your account. From PayNow, local bank transfers (FAST, MEPS) to international wire transfers. We highly recommend using PayNow for instant zero-fee deposits of SGD. For large transactions above $200,000, please use the local bank transfer option.

Alternatively, you can also deposit crypto into your account. Please note that crypto transactions are subjected to the Travel Rule, which requires additional information for it to be unlocked.
