How to participate:

Get your friends to sign up for an OKX account using your referral link or code and make them place a buy order for at least 30 USDT or its equivalent on the P2P marketplace.

How to earn rewards:

Your friend must make a single purchase of at least 30 USDT (or equivalent) within 14 days of signing up.
The transaction must be made in one of these local currencies: IDR, PHP, PKR & LKR
When your friend completes their purchase, both of you will receive a 5 USDT reward.
The 5 USDT will be deposited into your funding account within 30 days after the campaign ends.
You can keep earning rewards until the prize pool is fully claimed.

Example: Your friend registers for an account using your referral link or code on Feb 14, 2025, 15:00 UTC. They’ll need to buy a minimum of 30 USDT (or equivalent) on the OKX P2P marketplace before Mar 5, 2025, 15:00 UTC.

This promotion starts on 13 Feb 2025, 12:00 UTC - 5 Mar 2025, 23:59 UTC.
This campaign is applicable to all P2P traders (Merchants and lite users) from South Asia and South East Asia (excluding India, Bangladesh Brunei, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam) on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification in any one of these countries.
Users must register by clicking the "Enroll" button on the landing page. Once a user successfully enrolls in the activity, the button will change to "Enrolled."
Winners will be announced within 30 business days after the promotion ends.
By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

A qualified referee is a new OKX user who completes the following:

A. Signs up using a referrer's referral link or code within the campaign period;

B. Completes identity verification within 7 days after signup;

C. Buys a minimum of 30 USDT within 14 days after registration in one transaction on the OKX P2P marketplace (P2P sharing orders completed through private ads not being counted).

9. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by promo participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants proving P2P transactions

10. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

11. According to local laws and regulations, users from some countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.

12. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.

13. Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

14. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted

15. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

16. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

17. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this promotion.

18. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
