OKX dLocal On-Ramp Terms & Conditions
These T&Cs apply to the use of the on-ramp service, which means the service made available on the OKX Platform through Dlocal LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of United Kingdom (“dLocal”) and its affiliates, contractors, banking partners, payment service providers, and vendors that allows you to use supported local payment methods to buy supported stablecoins or other supported digital assets on the OKX Platform (“On-Ramp Service”).
These T&Cs are intended to be read together with:
OKX’s general user agreement, privacy notice, and product-specific terms
dLocal’s privacy notice and any payment disclosures presented to the user at the time of the transaction
any country-specific disclosures, fees, or consents shown before the user confirms the transaction
If there is a conflict between these T&Cs and OKX’s general user agreement in relation to a dLocal-enabled on-ramp transaction, these T&Cs will prevail only to the extent of that conflict for that transaction.
1. Scope of service
The dLocal-enabled On-Ramp Service allows you to use supported local payment methods to pay in local currency and buy supported stablecoins or other supported digital assets on the OKX platform.
For the purposes of these T&Cs:
OKX operates the platform interface, wallet environment, and digital-asset services made available to the user
dLocal provides payment processing, payment orchestration, compliance-related controls, and other related services for the local fiat currency payment leg
dLocal's responsibilities are limited to the collection of fiat funds and the delivery of the applicable stablecoins as part of the relevant on-ramp transaction. dLocal does not provide wallet, custody, or digital asset management services and shall have no liability in respect of any stablecoins following their delivery in accordance with the relevant transaction.local banks, processors, payment method providers, identity verification vendors, screening providers, and other third parties may participate in the transaction flow.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by OKX in writing, these T&Cs apply only to on-ramp transactions and do not apply to any off-ramp, withdrawal, remittance, or other payout functionality.
2. Acceptance
By selecting a dLocal-enabled payment method, submitting a payment instruction, completing identity verification, clicking to accept these T&Cs, or otherwise using the On-Ramp Service, you:
acknowledge that you have read and understood these T&Cs
agree to be bound by them
authorize OKX and dLocal to process your transaction and related personal data as described in these T&Cs and the applicable privacy notices

you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or otherwise subject to sanctions or restrictions that would make the service unavailable or unlawful
your use of the service complies with applicable law and with OKX’s platform rules
OKX and dLocal may restrict or deny access to the service in any jurisdiction, for any user category, or for any transaction type where required by law, regulatory guidance, risk policy, bank or processor requirements, or operational constraints.
4. User information, KYC, and ongoing checks
To access or continue using the service, you may be required to provide information, records, declarations, and supporting evidence requested by OKX, dLocal, or their service providers, including:

completion of onboarding does not guarantee approval of any specific transaction
KYC, sanctions, fraud, and transaction monitoring checks may be performed before, during, and after a transaction
OKX or dLocal may request further information at any time
failure to provide requested information within the required timeframe may result in delay, rejection, cancellation, reversal, suspension, or termination of service access
If you use the On-Ramp Service in Mexico, you may be required to provide or confirm your government-issued photo ID, RFC, residential address information and, where requested, supporting address documentation, email address, phone number, and biometric verification result.

receive and process your payment instruction
verify your identity and eligibility
validate your payment method and transaction details
perform fraud, sanctions, AML, and other compliance checks
communicate with you or with each other regarding your transaction
place the transaction on hold pending review where necessary
reject, reverse, refund, or cancel the transaction where permitted or required
Once you have submitted and authorized an on-ramp transaction, the transaction is final and irrevocable and may not be cancelled, withdrawn, or amended by you, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by OKX or dLocal.
You must ensure that:
the payment method used belongs to you or that you are otherwise duly authorized to use it;
the funds used are lawfully obtained;
the transaction purpose and declarations you provide are accurate; and
the bank account, card, wallet, and other identifiers submitted are correct and complete.
You are solely responsible for errors caused by incorrect user input, including wrong payment details, wrong asset selection, wrong account information, or failure to complete required verification steps.
6. Quotes, pricing, exchange rates, and fees
Before you confirm a transaction, OKX may display a quoted fiat amount, digital asset amount, exchange rate, spread, fee, network cost, tax, or other applicable charge.

Where required by law, final charges and material terms will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
7. Holds, RFIs, rejection, cancellation, and reversal
A transaction may be placed on hold, delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reversed if:
required information is missing, inconsistent, or unverifiable
fraud, sanctions, AML, or other compliance concerns are identified
the transaction appears inconsistent with your profile, prior activity, or the permitted use of the service
the payment method fails, is unauthorized, or is subject to recall, reversal, or dispute

the transaction breaches these T&Cs, OKX’s terms, applicable law, or internal risk controls
operational, technical, liquidity, network, or market conditions prevent completion
Where additional information is requested, the transaction may remain pending until review is completed.
Neither OKX nor dLocal is obligated to approve any transaction solely because you have completed onboarding, received a quote, or previously completed other transactions.
If a transaction is rejected or cancelled, the timing and method of any return of funds will depend on the original payment method, the stage of the transaction, applicable law, third-party processing timelines, and any rights of set-off, chargeback, or withholding.

Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with:
these T&Cs
OKX’s applicable platform terms
the relevant payment method rules
applicable law

your access to the relevant service may be suspended or terminated
OKX and dLocal may recover associated losses, fees, penalties, and expenses to the extent permitted by law and contract
