作为evm和sol最大的dex，@Uniswap 和 @JupiterExchange 都不约而同地做起了自己的ico平台。uni的叫做CCA (Continuous Clearing Auctions，连续清算拍卖)，jup的叫做DTF (Decentralized Token Formation，去中心化代币生成)。
CCA特点：
长达半个月的拍卖，协议会自动把用户每条 bid 按剩余区块数切片。例如：拍卖还剩 4 天 ≈ N 个区块
如果出价10 ETH，资金会被平均分配到后面的每个区块去排队成交。
在任意一个区块里，只有当该区块的 清算价格 ≤ 你的出价上限 时，你这一小片才会成交。
拍卖结束后，资金会被直接注入uniswap v4池子，保证不会。
总的来说，CCA的主要功能是帮助用户不靠「一口价 + 抢速度」，而是通过连续清算拍卖，让价格在几天内慢慢被市场“谈”出来。
DTF特点：
以固定价格成交，没有连续拍卖，但是在Jupiter中提供一个无法轻易改动的标准化发币/售卖界面，包括：
1.代币总额度 & FDV / 估值设定
2.强制披露全部代币供应的去向——全部在链上，并存放在明确标记的钱包中
3.智能合约锁定代币解锁时间、额度、规则等
总的来说，CCA的主要功能是一个更安全的ico，不仅可以募资，而且直接在jupiter上锁定了过去很多不确定的内容，防止项目方作恶，保护投资者。
CCA的首次发行是正在进行的 @aztecnetwork ，DTF的首次发行是12月3日的 @humidifi

PS：各种拍卖机制其实是无法从根源上解决项目方作恶的可能，但是jupiter的ico机制至少在理论上提供了一个由第三方平台背书并链上锁定的可能性。所以无论从cypherpunk的角度还是从保护用户资产的角度，我更喜欢的是Jupiter的这个新玩具。
