I think everyone would agree that having all pfps running around in "the metaverse" really was the exciting part.
Well that and making bank, maybe that second part will come as well

In hindsight, a lot of people call it the obvious pico-top for NFTs
Since then, Yuga has been fudded for it
But you know what, 3yrs later, we might actually finally be close to achieving this on @OthersideMeta 👇
Today, we see:
🌐 BAYC, MAYC, Koda avatars playable in Otherside from Yuga
🌐 Ex-Yuga collections such as Meebits, 10KTF, and Moonbirds with Otherside avatars too
🌐 ApeChain collections such as GeezOnApe, Foxy, NightGlyders, Chumpz with avatars in Otherside as well
🌐 Other NFT collections outside of Yuga ecosystem such as Gutter Cats, Forgotten Runes, and Quirkies also having avatars & building in Otherside
They say Yuga is crazy for pushing Otherside. But in reality, they’re already delivering the aspect of Otherside that made us all excited back in the day:
Having all PFPs in one metaverse
Soon, we’ll see more PFPs coming to life here. And when Yuga starts onboarding more people into Otherside, then we’ll see how much NFTs actually stand out in the metaverse
If Otherside succeeds, it takes NFTs with it mark my words
