Plume's mainnet has been live for exactly 3 months, and Circle has announced the deployment of the native USDC stablecoin on Plume.
◦ Native USDC means: compliance and regulatory credibility, better liquidity, institutional funds can enter, and smoother RWAFi scenarios such as lending.
◦ Supporting CCTP V2 means: USDC on Plume can be seamlessly converted with public chains like Ethereum, Base, Solana, etc., resulting in higher efficiency for fund inflows and outflows.
Additional note: CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol) is a decentralized protocol developed by Circle, aimed at enabling the secure, efficient, and native transfer of USDC across different blockchain networks without relying on traditional "lock-and-mint" bridging methods or liquidity pools, to enhance capital efficiency and reduce security risks.
