Why am I very concerned about Boundless? The reasons are very simple: First, there is an advantage in the timeline. Boundless belongs to the ZK track, and zero-knowledge proof technology itself is very advanced, not limited to use in the Rollup field. Optimism may not necessarily be a thing of the past, but ZK is likely to be a thing of the past. Second, there is an advantage at the ecological level. Boundless provides computing services for Layer 1 and Layer 2, and this computing service is proven through ZK. Therefore, Boundless is an outsourced infrastructure for public chains. It belongs to the infrastructure layer, and we all know that in the crypto space, the more fundamental the infrastructure, the stronger the demand may be. Third, there is an advantage in market perception. For technical projects, there is sometimes a trend, including @boundless_xyz and the previously analyzed @0G_labs. For the project @0g_CN, if we look at the testnet data and the participating and cooperating ecological projects, we will find that the enthusiasm of the project party is higher than that of user participation. This is because in technical projects, developers and project parties can see their advantages, while retail investors and the market are often late to realize. Fourth, there is an advantage in the competitive landscape. Currently, Boundless's only competitor in ZK-based computing infrastructure is Succinct. It doesn't matter who is stronger or weaker between the two. If Boundless > Succinct, then it must have competitiveness. If Boundless < Succinct, then we know that in any field, institutional or ecological cooperation is like bamboo door to bamboo door, wood door to wood door; large blockchains can cooperate with Succinct, while small and medium blockchains can cooperate with Boundless. If Boundless = Succinct, then that's even better; competitive incentives can easily attract attention and funds. In terms of operations, Succinct previously had some unpleasant experiences with several influencers in the Chinese community, such as @yueya_eth. This is why Feng Xiong is optimistic about this track but has hardly written about Succinct. Instead, he is more active with Boundless. This is why Boundless raised $71.45 million on Kaito's capital launchpad, oversubscribed by 17.86 times. The amount raised and the oversubscription multiple both rank second. The first is an AI project; to be honest, there are too many AI trading projects. However, in the ZK computing track, there is currently no third project. With only two projects in a track, you know this track is in its early stages. And the narrative and demand for ZK computing have room for growth. What is worth looking forward to is this marginal growth capability.
