as a builder, deploying on another l2 is tantamount to deploying on another chain
you need to build up dex liquidity, oracles, bridge etc
if it’s atomic across all L2s it would be huge
then again, I feel like Layerzero is already on it same way EF gave birth to Lido by being too slow at implementing native liquid staking
