3 big Chainlink announcements today
Chainlink Drops 3 Big Updates—Here’s What You Need To Know
Chainlink just became the first data and interoperability oracle platform to earn both ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 1 certifications, confirming top-tier security, reliability, and confidentiality across core services like CCIP (cross‑chain interoperability), Price Feeds, and SmartData (Proof of Reserve and Net Asset Value).
These certifications help banks and institutions trust Chainlink more, opening the door for more in-production use cases with major financial players.
They also announced that the Link Reserve, a strategic onchain pool of LINK funded by enterprise revenue and onchain service usage, recently accumulated 41,105.84 LINK.
As of August 21st, the Reserve holds a total of 150,770.02 LINK.
The Reserve is designed to support the long-term sustainability and scalability of the network.
Lastly, Aave has integrated Chainlink Price Feeds on Aptos, marking Aave’s first deployment on a non-EVM chain and expanding access to reliable DeFi data across a multichain ecosystem.
