This week, @turtledotxyz @MidasRWA and @Re7Labs launched the $SOL vault on @katana.
Since I've gotten a few questions about how it works and how to deposit, here's an explainer:
1. The vault takes in $uSOL deposits. uSOL is a 1:1 backed SOL wrapper built by @universaldotxyz. Reserves are fully verifiable at any time on their reserves page, and the uSOL token enables exposure to SOL on @katana (amongst other chains Universal supports)
There are three ways to get your hands on $uSOL
- Swap for it directly on @SushiSwap
- Swap for it on @universaldotxyz
- Deposit native SOL and mint uSOL on @universaldotxyz
2. @MidasRWA partnered with @Re7Labs to curate and manage the uSOL vault.
3. @turtledotxyz has made the vault available on their dashboard.
The yield comes from both @katana $KAT rewards along with native $SOL staking yield.
As always, DYOR on each of these before diving in. This post is for informational purposes only and shouldn't be considered investment advice!
