Observations around @AvaLabs a week in:
1. The employees understand and use the tech - you would be shocked how few people working for other protocols actually use the tech.
2. Tenure of employees is absurd! When you are meeting several people that have been with @avax for 5 years that signals trust and hard work.
3. BD team is tapped into the quickly shifting ecosystem and moves quicker than any team I have been a part of.
4. The marketing team are some of the funniest people internally and externally, and it translates to engagement.
5. Last and most important - the culture is absolutely cracked. You have degens and you have professionals - most everyone here is a combination of both. This comes from leadership down.
Blessed and ready to unleash a couple of things into the eco quick.
