I have tried both and I can tell you @caffeineai wins hands down for coming up with a working app with one attempt which gets you a decentralized app. @lovable_dev had buttons that were not working and menus with placeholders which took many prompts to fix which is all $$$ and time plus it is not fully deployed. And I need to get a domain name, subscribe to @supabase for back end and publish. It's a day's work for a decent website with many iterations.
