At events, we need to be collecting data, and data is very powerful. There’s a lack of clear direction on what the actual consumer wants...Web2 really focuses on this. They’re very aggressive with newsletters, collecting data...They wanna know what you are doing in your free time because from there, the design reflects this...It’s influencing and really getting to the psychology of people’s behaviors. And so I think through these events, we can understand what do people like, what do people enjoy, and how do we create products that really reflect that." 🧵
