Hyperliquid
I've been trying to come up with a collection of past repricing events in crypto that could be similar to HYPE, and here's the result: 🚨Disclaimer: Not calling for anything here, just historical research. 1) In the second half of 2021, SOL repriced from sub $10B to $80B. If HYPE was to copy the move, final price would be $238 in 3 months... 2) In Q4 2023, SOL started its second run up, topped at $90B market cap. That would be equivalent to $268 HYPE in 20 weeks from now. 3) BNB during the first half of 2021, topped at $110B. That would be equivalent to $327 HYPE in 12 weeks. I think those 2 assets, SOL and BNB, are the most similar to HYPE in crypto. Both of them have much worse tokenomics when compared to Hyperliquid but they had 2 factors that HYPE still doesn't have: > Tier 1 CEXs (mainly distribution channels to retail...) > Global liquidity injection (we are in a stop-and-go regime for some time now) What am I missing here?
