I mentioned at 2 a.m. on the 2nd that the PI was looking forward to today's PCT announcement, and then the PCT issued a new announcement at 7 a.m.
However, it did not affect the price, and then, I mentioned at 16 o'clock that the PCT would issue a second announcement later on the 2nd of the same day.
Sure enough, the second PCT publication had just been issued.
But it didn't affect the price!

At two o'clock in the morning, I saw the PCT announcement today.
So at 7 a.m., another PCT announcement was issued. It's just that for the price, it's another announcement that doesn't affect the price.
