谁也没想到，一直以来被上市公司奉为圭臬的「囤币策略」首次「失效」了——据美 SEC 文件，美股 BNB 财库公司 Windtree Therapeutics（WINT）于 8 月 19 日收到通知，因其股价在 1 美元以下停留时间过长，经过多次反向拆分且不符合通常的宽限期，其普通股将于 8 月 21 日从纳斯达克资本市场退市并转至 OTC 市场交易。
