The results for Cardano's Catalyst Fund14 are finally out!
Unlike the grant programs on other chains, with Cardano's Catalyst, it's the community that decides on the funding.
Basically, the community votes to pick projects they think will contribute to the ecosystem's growth and awards them grants.
Of course, when you have that many people participating and sharing their opinions, there's bound to be some noise and conflict. But that's all a natural part of the process, and the community is constantly maturing and evolving through it.
It really feels like Cardano is walking a path no one has ever tried before. I seriously hope that through Fund14, the ecosystem will see some major growth and prove that the direction Cardano is heading is the right one!
Fund14 results are in. The community has spoken to choose 131 projects!
📊 This round, 4,893 wallets cast 174,737 votes, representing 1.75B ada. Thank you for your incredible dedication! Bringing the total number of projects funded to over 2,200 during the course of Catalyst history, with nearly 1,500 now fully completed.
