➥ My Thoughts on Proof-of-Compute
I always felt PoW and PoS have limits
✦ PoW burns huge energy for puzzles with no real output
✦ PoS locks tokens, but power stays with big holders
@cysic_xyz's PoC is a real shift
Instead of wasting, the network uses compute for real zk/AI tasks
Provers generate proofs, verifiers check, validators finalize → consensus equals actual work
• Security scales with demand → busier network = safer network
• Fair rewards → $CYS for blocks, $CGT for real proving contributions
• Open access → anyone with hardware can join, not only whales
PoC is more than consensus, it’s like building a decentralized supercomputer
