It’s always been too hard to roll your own chain, and there were too many advantages from being part of an ecosystem
But there’s a unique design where you
- get your own chain and keep all the fees
- face basically no effort to start / run the chain
- get layerzero support out of the box so the entire ecosystem of money that just fled to plasma can come to you too
- don’t need to be aligned with a tribe which can often backfire
- can build with whatever vm you want (evm, svm, cosmowasmo or whatever)
