Everyone tells you to find your niche But nobody explains why it matters so much. Had a call with @patryx_eth and something he said stuck with me: “When I focused on Berachain, big accounts reached out to me. When I left the niche, my reach vanished.” He’s not wrong. → Niche = semantic anchor It tells the algorithm what you’re good at, and tells the audience why they should listen. If you break that anchor too early, the system and the crowd both forget you. → Expertise scales better than audience You don’t need 50k followers to be relevant. You need one piece of knowledge that makes you unavoidable. → Money compounds credibility If your niche knowledge helps people earn money (like ICO did with Virtuals), you transcend the niche. Now people care about how you think, not just what you say. The real danger? Branching out before you’ve earned permission to be wide. That’s when nobody listens. Grow inside the niche. Deliver signal. Outgrow it after. Not before.
