Flare launched FXRP v1.2 (Songbird network)
this is probably the last stage before the launch on Flare’s mainnet
the main task is the development of DeFi compatible XRP
since this has not yet been possible
in this release the priority is security:
> internal network testing before launch
Being rigorously tested by:
> audit from Zellic
> bug bounty via Immunefi
> Code4rena competition for independent verification
FXRP v1.1 tokens were automatically updated to v1.2, nothing is required from users
With hundreds of millions of dollars worth of XRP ready to be deployed on Flare by institutions like
VivoPower and UpHold, you know that there is strong institutional demand.

FXRP v1.2 is now live on Songbird.
This isn’t just another release - it’s a major security milestone ahead of Flare mainnet.
Backed by a multi-layered security process: audits, bug bounties, and live testing.
Now focused on strengthening monitoring systems, upgrading agents, and expanding dApp integrations.
Our commitment: delivering the security institutions demand.
