With B2B, it’s about speed of service. Especially with something like an oracle, your customers need you at a specific point in their own timeline, and if you’re not fast, they’ll move on. We’re part of the plumbing, not the main event. That changes everything, from how you compete, to what partnerships you prioritize, to how cutthroat the landscape is.”
