Quick update this Thursday: The prosecution’s last witness, a paralegal for the US Attorneys Office, has taken the stand. She has been reading messages from Roman Storm throughout the years in several groupchats. Topics included token unlocks for founders with Dragonfly Capital’s Haseeb and internal communications among PepperSec contributors about UI fixes.
The government also brought up TORN’s price pump between February 1, 2022 and May 8, 2022.
