Originally with Ai pool @aipool_tee the idea was to be “the opposite of pump fun” , aka large cap coins, with high liquidity, and low amount of launches. but there were some serious flaws... I learned quickly that : 1. snipers were BRTUAL. snipers were the ones eating good with the large LP so that had to be fixed ( we have fixed it with a custom AMM ) (this is was back in hayden davis days mind you (like 3 months ago). So charts were just getting rekt, and I was basically just feeding snipers the presale funds. 2. Most people didn’t really care, they just wanted to gamble on that ephemeral launch moment , and everyone knows that 90% of the vol happens in the first 24 hr. So once the tokens were done we had these huge Locked LPs left over with millions of dollars worth of sol just sitting there. There is still over 3 million dollars worth of tokens just locked up, with 24hr volume less than $800 ($metav has like 2 mill, and another token Free has like 800k, theres almost like 4 mill locked for no reason.....) And this isn’t capital efficient, and the large LPs make it almost impossible to pump once it goes down. due to lack of momentum and the large LPs. So we need to fix this, these funds could be re-rolled into more coins/launches/building/funding devs ect. 3. The Pre-Sale is kind of fun in itself, most of the fun with pre sales is the gambling aspect where you don't know if you will be up 5x at launch or down -20%, and the amount raised acts as a bit of a hype-mechanic, and a marketing for the coin. So kind of want to test some things and fix the above and go in the opposite direction of most launch pads Basically embrace the short term chaotic nature of Solana. So presale—- >token launches(with a big LP but not too big) —-> volume dies ——> coin is “rugged”( lq is unlocked and sol is re rolled into a new coin—— >relaunch coin —-> repeat. Only one coin is launched and is the "RUNNER" , it stays this way until it "dies". then a new one is launched. I think this will allow people better to focus on one "runner" at a time, and build a community around pushing the platforms "runner" instead of jumping all over the place and scattering attention. Then if it grows it can be a self fulling prophecy where the coin will be "expected" to pump so it does. So you say great? ok how do you do this with existing AMMs like metoria or Ray..... well you cant. So we built our own. its called Cobalt Dex, and we have built in anti sniper taxes(starts at 90% and goes down every second so you can buy at whatever feels good) , and bins AND the core feature... once a token reaches a(low) volume threshold we unlock the pool, and take the sol out and re roll it. It basically becomes unlocked, but if the volume and price are good it stays locked (forever or until vol + price dies). Now this is already built! so the only remaining issue is , the tokens created dont show up on scanners like Phanes or Bonk, because its a new dex and hasnt been whitelisted/indexed yet. So thats part of why we need to get some more $$/ new token. but anyways this is what it looks like, and the website works, but its still a bit rough around the edges. (VERY ALPHA) So what does this mean for $metav ? well we will be allowing people to send $metav for the new token, and/or sol, for the new pre-sale. I know I know, but tbh this was never meant to be our main token, I fukd up, and we need to take funding seriously if we want to build something to compete with the big dogs. We raised 8 mill last time, and used ALL OF IT for the LP. (as we said we would) This is a break down of the rough use of the 3.2 million over 2.5 years, theres probably going to be lots of pivots and tokens and such, i will try to provide value back to the original apes, but its very hard to do as crypto is kind of 0 sum (kind of ) so bear with me. Anyways here is the rough breakdown. This new presale/ token will probably cause metav price to go down though since we will be swapping the sent metav to sol. So be aware of that. BUT HEY I GET IT.
