2. This campaign is available for Ginarea invitees. Ginarea invitees are users who have registered using Ginarea's registration link or entered Ginarea's invitation code when registering.
3. You must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
4. Existing users and users who registered on OKX with the Ginarea reference link before or during the event period will be entitled to receive the reward for the corresponding tasks described above. The prize pool is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions mentioned in clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

7. You must click the "Join now" button and receive a message that you have successfully joined to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
8. Trades made with other OKX rewards or perks won't be counted as valid trades for this campaign, including but not limited to trades using rebate cards, contract vouchers, transaction fee waivers, etc.
9. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

Reward description:

1. The maximum prize pool amount for this campaign is 50,000 USDT in futures credits, where maximum reward per user from both events is 5,300 USDT. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the campaign end date, the campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's campaign data.

3. Rewards will be distributed according to the trading tiers under Event 1 and Event 2.
4. To qualify for rewards under Event 1, you need to reach the respective trading volume only by trading with OKX bots on Ginarea platform by connecting OKX API, during the activity period.
5. To qualify for rewards under Event 2, you need to reach the respective trading volume, using any trading products on OKX of your choice, including futures, spot, bots and copytrading during the activity period.
6. Trading volume during Event 1 will be calculated towards Event 2.

For example, if you reach $1,000,000, trading bots on Ginarea platform, you need to reach an additional $4,000,000 on spot and/or derivative markets to qualify for both rewards of $300 and $500.

7. Rewards will be distributed within 21 days after the user has successfully qualified for the reward. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

5. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
