How does the card referral program work?

When an eligible referred US Card user completes the qualifying purchases, both eligible participants receive 10 USDG each. Existing referral and risk controls apply.

Who can participate?

Invitees must be new to the OKX Card and meet the US Card eligibility requirements. They do not need to be new to OKX—existing OKX users who are new to the Card can participate.

What are the requirements to earn a reward?

Within 14 days of first referral binding, the invitee must complete three distinct settled Card transactions of at least 50 USDG each on Autopay. If these requirements are not met, neither participant receives this reward.

The inviter does not need to choose Autopay. Both participants remain subject to eligibility and risk checks.

What counts as a qualifying transaction?

A distinct, settled Card purchase of at least 50 USDG on Autopay. Pending authorizations do not count. Transactions on Manual repayment do not count.

How much is the reward?

Both the eligible inviter and invitee receive 10 USDG each once the invitee completes the qualifying transactions and passes the applicable eligibility and risk checks.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?

Yes. Inviters can earn rewards for up to five qualifying invitees per campaign period, for a maximum of 50 USDG. This is not a recurring 14-day cap.

How can I track my referrals?

You can view your referral status and progress on the Card Referral page in the OKX app. Reward amounts and history can be viewed by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner of the page.

Why didn’t I receive a reward?

Common reasons include:

  • Requirements not fully completed

  • Transactions not settled

  • Minimum spend not met

  • Actions not completed within the required timeframe

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity

  • Referral limit reached (maximum five qualifying invitees per campaign period)
