The first 100 participants who have generated at least 5,000 USDT of trading volume (i.e. completed Tier 4 tasks) will receive an additional 20 USDT if, during the Campaign Period, the total trading volume generated by trading bots across all enrolled users exceeds 1,500,000 USDT equivalent or the number of enrolled users totals 1,000 participants or more.

Note: Trading Bots do not guarantee profits and come with risks. They are currently only available on the OKX app, with the web version coming soon. Rewards may take up to one hour to be credited to your account after completing the tasks. Rewards are limited and first-come, first-served. Terms apply.

  1. The promoter of this TheWallStreetBull x OKX Bot Mastery Challenge campaign ("Campaign") is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").
  2. This Campaign is open only to users who have signed up for an account on the OKX platform using TheWallStreetBull's referral link or referral code at the time of signing up.
  3. Campaign Period: 10 April 2025 17:00 AEST - 11 May 2025 23:59 AEST (or until the Total Available Rewards are fully distributed, whichever is earlier).
  4. For the purposes of this Campaign:
    1. New Users means users who:
      1. sign up to the OKX platform during the Campaign Period using TheWallStreetBull's referral link or referral code at the time of signing up and successfully complete identity verification (KYC), and
      2. prior to joining the campaign, have not executed any trades or created any trading bots on OKX.
    3. First-Time Users means existing users who, prior to the Campaign Period:
      1. were referred to OKX through TheWallStreetBull; and
      2. have never created a trading bot on the OKX platform.
    5. Existing Users means any other existing users who, prior to the Campaign Period, were referred through TheWallStreetBull, and are not First-Time Users.
    6. A "trade" on the OKX platform includes:
      1. trading via Exchange Mode;
      2. purchasing cryptocurrency via the Simply Buy or Convert feature; and.
      3. purchasing cryptocurrency using a credit or debit card.
  6. Campaign tasks and rewards:
    1. Join the campaign: All participants must click the "Join now" button to join the campaign during the Campaign Period. A pop-up notification will appear only if you are ineligible to join.
    2. New Users and First-Time Users: New Users and First-Time Users can complete the following tasks during the Campaign Period:
      1. Watch educational videos: Learn about OKX Spot Grid and Spot DCA (Martingale) Bots by watching the embedded videos on the Campaign's landing page.
      2. Complete quizzes: Complete the Spot Grid Bot and Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot quizzes. Successfully completing each quiz (by achieving a 100% pass rate) earns the eligible user 5 USDT. Eligible users can earn a total of 10 USDT from completing both quizzes. Quizzes offer unlimited attempts. Quiz rewards are initially limited to the first 50 eligible customers who pass each quiz, but this cap may be adjusted based on campaign progress and prize pool availability.
      3. Create a Bot: Eligible users who create a Spot Grid or Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot for the first time using the OKX app and execute at least one trade with the bot will earn 10 USDT. This reward is limited to the first 50 eligible customers who complete this task.
    4. All users (New Users, First-time Users, Existing Users): All eligible users can earn tiered rewards by generating cumulative trading volume using any trading bot(s) available in the OKX app during the Campaign Period. Rewards are distributed based on the trading volume tiers achieved using trading bot(s) within the Campaign Period, as detailed below:
      1. Tier 1: Generate 500 USDT of trading volume to receive 10 USDT (limited to the first 100 users)
      2. Tier 2: Generate 1,000 USDT of trading volume to receive 5 USDT | (limited to the first 100 users)
      3. Tier 3: Generate 2,500 USDT of trading volume to receive 10 USDT (limited to the first 100 users)
      4. Tier 4: Generate 5,000 USDT of trading volume to receive 20 USDT (limited to the first 100 users)
      5. Tier 5: Generate 10,000 USDT of trading volume to receive 25 USDT (limited to the first 100 users)
      6.     Users may qualify for multiple tiers, but only once per tier.
    6. Dynamic Pool Prize Bonus: If either:
      1. the combined trading volume across all participants in the Campaign exceeds 1,500,000 USDT; or
      2. the Campaign receives 1,000 total participants,
      3.     Then, the first 100 users who generated at least 5,000 USDT of trading volume (i.e. Qualify for Tier 4 or above) will receive an additional 20 USDT.
  8. Trading bots are currently only available on the OKX app and cannot be accessed via desktop or web platforms.
  9. All tasks must be completed during the Campaign Period to qualify for rewards. Rewards are limited to once per user per task, subject to availability.
  10. The total maximum reward a user can earn in this Campaign is (subject to the reward limits for each individual task):
    1. 110 USDT for New Users and First-Time Traders, and
    2. 90 USDT for Existing Users.
  12. For tasks requiring a specific trading volume, the trading volume will be calculated in USDT. For trades involving non-USDT pairs (e.g. AUD pairs), the USDT equivalent will be determined based on the token's price against USDT.
  13. Trades made will only count towards campaigns in which the user is enrolled, provided that such trades are eligible for those specific campaigns.
  14. Reward calculation and distribution
    1. Total Available Rewards for this campaign is 10,000 USDT. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the Total Available Rewards is exhausted.
    2. Rewards will automatically be credited to users' OKX accounts shortly after completion of the respective activities, subject to availability and provided the Total Available Rewards has not been reached. In the event of technical issues or system limitations, there may be a delay in the crediting of rewards. OKX reserves the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, provided reasonable notice is given to users who are eligible for the rewards.
    3. If the requirements for the Dynamic Pool Prize Bonus are met, the additional 20 USDT reward will be manually distributed within 30 days after the Campaign Period end date to eligible users (being the first 100 users who generated at least 5,000 USDT of trading volume).
    4. OKX may adjust the participant cap for quiz rewards based on the campaign's progress and prize pool availability. Any changes will be communicated on the campaign page.
  16. User eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd who have signed up for an account on the OKX platform using TheWallStreetBull's referral link or referral code at the time of signing up. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
    2. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.
    3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
  2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  3. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to users who have joined the Campaign and removing or updating the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.

  5. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
  7. Risk warning: Trading Bots do not guarantee profits and come with risks, including potential losses due to price downturns, low liquidity, improper configuration, higher fees from frequent trades, and delays or slippage during volatile market conditions. . Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may lose the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and OKX is not liable for any losses that may arise. Past performance also does not constitute a reliable predictor of future performance.
