How do I view the processing fees?

Processing fees are charges applied to cover the cost of handling a financial transaction. We aim to keep processing fees low.

  • If a fee applies, we'll clearly display the fee amount.

  • Otherwise, you'll see No fee stated.

When selecting a deposit method, you'll always see the processing fees.

Examples of fees charged:

Flat fees

A fixed amount charged no matter how big or small your deposit is.

Example: If the flat fee is 3 USD, you’ll always pay 3 USD whether you deposit 10 USD or 1,000 USD.

Percentage fees

The fee is calculated as a percentage of your deposit amount.

Example: If the fee is 2%, and you deposit 100 USD, you’ll pay a 2 USD fee. If you deposit 500 USD, the fee would be 10 USD.

Percentage + flat fees

This type of fee is a combination of both, so you'll pay a percentage of your deposit amount plus a fixed flat fee.

Example: 1.5% + 1 USD fee

  • If you deposit 200 USD:

    • 1.5% of 200 USD = 3 USD

    • Plus 1 USD flat fee

    • Total fee = 4 USD

Actual fees being charged will be displayed on the Deposit Preview screen before you submit. This fee amount will always be deducted from your deposit amount.

Example: If you deposit 10 USD using a method that charges 2 USD in fees, then 8 USD will be deposited to your OKX account.

What's deposit limits?

Deposit limits are the minimum and maximum amounts you can transfer into your account in a single transaction or within a set period (daily, weekly, or monthly). These limits are in place to meet local regulations. The limits can vary depending on factors like:

  • The deposit method you choose

  • Your account verification level

When selecting a deposit method, you'll find the remaining limit for each one. Select the information (i) icon for more details.
