why not do what MCP does?
1) sort Tx & bundles by reward/CU
2) keep bundle support
we *know*
- DEX can compete with CEX (prop AMMs)
- they need reliable ordering
let's give them what they need!

take away validators' decision over including Tx

so who's actually deciding this?
apps & validators
- validators (and their stakers) will decide what to run
- apps who send Tx *exclusively* to these solutions help them show higher rewards (mostly artificially)

but @SolanaFndn plays a giant role too
SF showed that if it wants to - it can use its huge stake (~2%) to get validators to adopt a long-term tech, even if it costs them $ short-term
a bit unfair to ask the hardly-breakeven validators to act benevolently..
