Every protocol and company focused on financial performance.
Now, the conversation is almost entirely about risk - yield's counterpart.
It was about time.
The best examples of this shift are the excellent keynotes from @MarcinRedStone and @SebVentures, who both emphasized DeFi risks and presented onchain rating systems.
This evolution stems from 2 things:
1/ Recent crashes of several curators who lost significant capital and were criticized for failing to assess risks.
2/ TradFi's arrival, bringing its risk/return framework.
This is a step in the right direction.
