The market structure bill will be the KEY to determining the direction (and will likely mark the acceleration) of ICM soon.
This is what all ICM players (teams, traders launchpads, etc.) should be positioned for imo.
This bill could unlock capital, ample opportunity, and interest in tokenizing startups. We are about to win so much we will get tired of winning.
