There are a lot of founders and VC in crypto that are focused on very short term gains (e.g. how do I pump token and create enough liquidity to exit).
Normal VC funds are a 10 year hold period. Most startups take at least 10 years to build. All of those cycles are condensed in crypto to a matter of months/years and creates bad behavior from a lot of builders and VCs.
As an industry we need to get better at creating lasting companies/wealth. Requires buy-in from both sides
