JPM estimates 20% of BASE will go to community
The entire 20% might not be airdropped on TGE
Yet if we assume they airdrop it all on TGE
It would be the largest airdrop (Uniswap was $6B)
Base mini-app usage will likely be heavily incentivized
And projects that are close to Base such as Zora, Farcaster, Morpho will likely be prioritized for points allocation
