I remember Coinbase was a new company and the only thing they offered was BTC (500 usd) at the time, ETH for 1 usd, and lite coin. I bought .25 BTC then and forgot about it. During a long drive home; Joe Rogan had Andre Antonopolis* a year or so later and I remembered I had a fraction. That fraction was worth 2500 usd!! And 1 ETH was around 200.

In order to have conviction you gotta have the fortitude to see it through. Having conviction means you have to carry the burden. Alone if necessary. With a community, blessed. Having conviction means you accept the highs/lows. Ppl coming and going. The whining and the praise.

Conviction sacrifices short term wins for long term vision. Also, understand, huge liquidation events are a blessing. If you don’t see it this way, than you’re refusing to learn. Refusing to learn means you’ve stopped growing. You’ve stopped growing because you’ve chosen fear. Conviction requires fear and your ability to conquer it. Just as I was scared going…
