Yesterday I went to a wedding with my beautiful wife. Happy as I could be. I turned my phone off and enjoyed the quality time without distractions. Little did I know, while was I dancing to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran, my entire account was being liquidated. I had a board of trades that were mostly delta neutral. Except for one My $AVAX long 1800 $AVAX long 800 $AVAX short 18.70 liquidation point The kicker? I had conditionals set to open more short. 500 more at an average of 25.50. Unfortunately only one filled. Because of this the account got liquidated and everything I’ve worked towards for the past couple months is gone. I know it wasn’t a perfect position but it definitely wasn’t at immediate risk of liquidation (or so I thought) With God I made that money. It is gone now but if it is his will I’ll make it back tenfold. At the end of the day as heartbreaking as this is I will still praise him. Praise him for my: Health My wife My two amazing sons My ability to keep moving forward. This isn’t the end of perps for me. Just a speed bump in my web3 journey.
