Over the past years, there's been a very heavy amount of criticism thrown at both Ava Labs and the Foundation. My ideas might not be worth sharing here - idk yet, but I decided recently that instead of complaining, I would do a very deep dive into "what would I do if I were actually the CEO of Ava Labs"? To be clear, I am treating this like a serious research project. I wanted to really play the scenario out and try to understand what moves would actually make sense. This led me down a deep rabbit hole exploring: - different verticals quite extensively - what things are likely to have PMF over what timeframe -what verticals have real problems that can be solved with the technology we have today - what are future opportunities, and what timeframe is likely for us to realize revenue - how much would companies and institutions likely pay for these things, and what monetization models work best for what verticals - based on those hypotheses, how should we allocate resources - what ARR projections can we come up with for the next 3 years - etc After doing this, I have a lot more clarity about my opinions, but it also forced me to think about what I am doing personally. The opportunity with the @avax architecture is actually immense, but I don't think that many people have successfully capitalized on it yet. For example, I think $JUICY is actually a prototype of something significantly larger that we can accomplish if we set our targets higher.
