- The offer is valid until June 7, 2025 (inclusive) and may be extended without prior notice.

- Invited users may qualify for "Fast Track" (including an upgraded service level, a dedicated account manager, lower trading fees and more) if their trading volume on any cryptocurrency exchange over the past 30 days meets one of the following criteria:
- $10,000,000 or more on the derivatives market
- $1,000,000 or more on the spot market
- or with minimum balance of $50,000
If the invited user’s trading volume and/or account balance meets the stated requirements, we will offer to upgrade their VIP level by up to 2 tiers on OKX.
- The maximum reward that one Affiliate can earn is 5,000 USDT. Rewards will be credited to your account within 15 business days after the campaign ends. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
- The partner’s reward amount depends on the number of successfully referred qualified VIP users:
- 1,000 USDT – for 1 successfully referred qualified VIP
- 3,000 USDT – for 2 successfully referred qualified VIPs
- 5,000 USDT – for 3 successfully referred qualified VIPs
- A qualified VIP is a user referred by the partner who reaches and maintains VIP status on OKX (starting from a minimum trading volume of $50 million in derivatives or $5 million in spot) within 30 days of obtaining VIP status.
- The offer is available to both new and existing OKX users.
- The upgraded VIP status will remain active for 60 days, provided that the user maintains a monthly trading volume of:
- $50,000,000 in the derivatives market
- or at least $5,000,000 in the spot market
- Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
- Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
- OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
