About BTCETFOutflowsReturn
SoSoValue: US spot BTC ETFs saw ~$65.4M in outflows Oct 12 after ~$21.13M in inflows Oct 9. All outflows came from BlackRock’s IBIT; 11 other funds were unchanged. Oct 7-8 outflows totaled ~$731M, showing unstable inflows. ETH ETFs lost ~$85.4M, bringing combined daily outflows to ~$151M. One fund’s outflows do not establish broad institutional selling. As US CPI is released, will IBIT redemptions persist, ETH pressure ease, and ETF buying recover sustainably as macro uncertainty fades?

🚨 $BTC MAY BE PRICING IN THE WRONG THING
Bitcoin ETF flows turned positive with $109.8M in inflows on October 13, yet the previous seven sessions still recorded about $634.5M in net outflows.
Trader insight: Today’s inflation data could trigger a move, but the real signal is how BTC behaves after the initial reaction.
If price holds gains without a surge in leverage, the move looks healthier.

Both BTC and ETH ETFs recorded outflows, with around $65M leaving Bitcoin funds and $85M exiting Ethereum funds.
This contrasts with the bullish sentiment still circulating in the market.
One day doesn’t confirm a trend, but the next report will be important. Are institutions cutting exposure, or is this just a temporary pause?
Which worries you more: BTC outflows or ETH outflows?

Bitcoin and Ethereum both recorded ETF outflows on Monday, October 12.
Bitcoin funds lost approximately $65.4 million.
Ethereum funds lost approximately $85.4 million.
Yet both assets have shown price resilience at points during this period.
That creates an interesting disconnect between price action and fund flows.
The question now is whether prices can remain firm if withdrawals continue.

Brother.
ETH rose 2.3% today, SOL rose 2.7%, even stronger than Bitcoin. Tomorrow, Hong Kong's second SOL spot ETF will be listed, ticker 2831.HK.
I believe this is positive news for SOL, opening the door to incremental Asian capital. Currently, the total global SOL ETF scale has reached 1.9 billion dollars.
But I remind you, positive news landing does not mean an immediate surge.
Bitcoin is facing a test of conviction.
ETF outflows can add selling pressure, but they don't tell the whole story. I’m also watching Treasury yields, the dollar, and whether buyers step in during weakness.
A red day is not automatically a trend reversal—and an ETF inflow isn't automatically a bull signal.
What would convince you that Bitcoin's next move is sustainable: stronger ETF flows or improving macro conditions?

Both BTC and ETH ETFs saw outflows — ~$65M from Bitcoin funds and ~$85M from Ethereum funds.
That’s a notable divergence from the bullish narratives still circulating.
One day doesn’t make a trend, but the next flow report matters: are institutions reducing risk, or is this just a pause?
Which would concern you more: BTC outflows or ETH outflows?

US spot Bitcoin ETFs are back in the green with $175.69M in net inflows yesterday 👀
Fidelity led with $103.1M, followed by BlackRock at $65.9M and Morgan Stanley at $6.7M.
This comes after $65.4M in outflows during the previous session, showing a solid rebound in institutional demand.
Now, the key is consistency.
If inflows continue to grow while BTC maintains its upward momentum, we could see the buying pressure fuel another move higher 📈
