一直没想明白：一家公司借钱买币，买币的人还抢着买它的优先股，这钱到底谁赚了？
Strategy 刚演的就是这出。Stretch 募了 25.21 亿美元，扣完费用买了 21,021 枚比特币，一枚没剩。
最离谱的是它发的不是债，是永续优先股——没到期日，股息率董事会每月开次会就能改。等于钱我先拿着，利息多少我说了算，本金你不用等。
我原以为买的人在赌 $BTC 涨，后来觉得不对，人家赌的是这公司永远能募到新钱。
