#IREN矿企转型AI云服务，GPU交付进展待揭晓 交付延迟之所以不至于动摇转型根基，在于资金端已有充分缓冲。IREN过去八个月锁定了93亿美元资金（客户预付款、可转债、GPU租赁及融资），足以覆盖H2 2026约35亿美元的增量资本开支。其中微软合同的GPU资本开支约96%由客户预付款和GPU融资覆盖，且季度后新签的五年期合同预付款比例高达90%——这意味着IREN扩张的资本消耗，很大程度上由客户和融资方前置承担，而非完全依赖自身现金流或股权稀释。
