Here are the key sale details in case you were wondering:
1. Total Sale Supply: The sale will offer 25 million TRUST tokens, which accounts for 2.5% of the total supply, also an additional 2.5% may also be made available (which isn’t guaranteed yet, as it depends on how the sales go)
2. Purchase Limits: The minimum purchase is $100, while the maximum is $250,000. The sale supports payments in USDC, USDT, and USDe.
3. Sale Structure: The token sale uses a "Filling Up From The Bottom" structure, which aims to provide a fair allocation to a wider range of participants by distributing tokens equally until the cap is reached.
4. TGE and Vesting: There are two sale options for participants:
Option 1: A fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $75 million. This plan includes a 50% unlock at the Token Generation Event (TGE), with the remaining tokens vesting linearly over 12 months.
Option 2: A fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $85 million. This plan offers a 100% unlock at TGE.
The TGE is expected on or around October 15, 2025.
The sale is open to all participants who pass KYC checks, with the exception of residents from the U.S. and a few other restricted jurisdictions.
