As always, I had to give it a try!
So, I took some time to learn into how @wanchain_org’s Quix cross-chain swap actually works and tested with a $50 USDT swap from @BNBCHAIN to @0xPolygon and the whole thing took ~15 seconds.
So how is it able to do that?
1. Wanchain built is own infrastructure that handles that directly handles the cross-chain validation and execution.
2. It skips the slow batching and congestion queues most bridges suffer from.
3. It is intend based
But why does the 60-second window matter?
If you’ve been in crypto long enough, you know the pain.
A new token launches. You spot the entry. You go to bridge funds, and then wait by the time the transaction goes through, the price has already flown.
Although most of my such entries are a big loss, like the $LOUD ($20000 drained).
If there is a urgent need for me to buy a token or send on specific chain, this could be a great way to do it.
