here's why i'm excited about this DAO Alliance proposal with @humafinance:
- the huma community is excellent and has a bunch of overlap in both culture and mission with the Jupiter community. aligning these folks together is a force multiplier for both projects
- the DAO treasury swap will come at an incredible valuation (NFA) of $75m FDV, which is less than half of their last valuation from VCs. the $JUP the humaDAO will get will be locked for 1 year. great terms that feel fair for both sides.
- the Alliance also creates a clear benefit for JUP Stakers, who get exclusive presale access at the same discounted valuation, just for staking $JUP. since the allocation scales with your $JUP stake without a threshold requirement, this benefits our deepest supports most while still ensuring that all $JUP stakers can get a piece of the action.
- huma as a product delivers real value for real people in the real world. they've built a killer business and feels like their growth story is just getting started. if the Jupiter community can help support huma's growth, it'll serve as a beacon to other high-quality projects to collab with jup DAO as well.
and just to clarify, the Jupiter Team will get no fees from this, it's not an LFG launch. it's a step towards joining forces with a community and a team that's on the same path as jup
