  1. Introduction: The Brisbane Freshmen Party x New User Bonus Program ("Campaign") is a promotional event conducted by OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us") for eligible new users who sign up to OKX via The Brisbane Freshmen Party. Participants who meet the requirements set out below may receive a reward in Bitcoin (BTC) and be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten OKX Swag Packs worth USD$300 each. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Campaign and the distribution of rewards and prizes.
  2. Eligibility:This Campaign is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Brisbane Freshmen Party in Brisbane on 25 July 2025 at the Ithaca Auditorium, Brisbane City Hall, 64 Adelaide St, Brisbane City, QLD 4000 ("the Event"), are not existing users of OKX, and participate in the promotion in accordance with the entry instructions set out in clause 4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and its related entities are not eligible to enter.
  3. Campaign Period: This Campaign will commence on 25 July 2025 AEST 11:00 to 31st July 2025 AEST 23:59 ("Campaign Period").
  4. How to participate: To qualify for the BTC reward and the raffle draw, participants must:
    1. Be a new user who creates an OKX account during the Campaign Period using the designated Brisbane Freshmen Party referral link or QR code provided at the Event;
    2. Complete identity verification (KYC) within 14 days of account creation; and
    3. Make a first-time trade of 20 AUD or more in a single transaction within 14 days of account creation.
  6. Trades can be made in Simple Mode or Exchange Mode.
  7. Trades made will only count towards campaigns in which the user is enrolled, provided that such trades are eligible for that specific campaign.
  8. BTC Reward
    1. Eligible participants who complete the above tasks in clause 4 will earn 20 AUD worth of BTC.
    2. Reward calculation and distribution: The calculation of the reward(s) will be based on the BTC/AUD exchange rate on the day of distribution, as determined by the OKX platform on the distribution date. The distribution of the reward(s) will occur within 5 business days following the successful completion of each task. OKX reserves the right to delay the distribution of rewards due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.
    3. Trades made will only count towards campaigns in which the user is enrolled, provided that such trades are eligible for that specific campaign.
  10. Swag Pack Raffle
    1. Eligible participants who complete all tasks set out in clause 4 within the Campaign Period (including successfully completing identity verification (KYC) and executing their first-ever trade of AUD $20 or more before 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2025) will be automatically entered into a raffle draw to win one (1) of ten (10) OKX Swag Packs, each valued at USD $300.
    2. The total price pool for the raffle is USD $3,000. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for cryptocurrency.
    3. Winners will be selected at random using a random name generator after the end of the Campaign Period on 4 August 2025. The draw will be conducted by OKX personnel at an office located in NSW. Winners will be notified via email by 11 August 2025. Winners must confirm their delivery address within 14 days. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, OKX may redraw the prize to another eligible entrant.
  12. User eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to new users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd that successfully open an account using the designated Brisbane Freshmen Party link or QR code during the Campaign Period. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
    2. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.
    3. Employees of OKX, its affiliates, and any agencies associated with the Campaign, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.
  1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
  2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  3. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to eligible users and amending or removing the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.
  4. This Campaign is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.
  5. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  6. During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward. Any such disqualification will be communicated to the user unless doing so is prohibited by law or, in OKX's reasonable belief, will violate the law or compromise an ongoing investigation.

The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.
  9. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign, provided that such interpretation is reasonable.
